As a NY State licensed creative arts therapist (LCAT), I provide clients with third-party reimbursable documentation. Contact your insurance company to verify the coverage they will provide. (it is your responsibility to determine your particular coverage).

Questions you may ask your provider:

  3. Do I have coverage to see a New York State Licensed Creative Arts Therapist who is out of network?
  4. What is my deductible?
  5. How many sessions per year am I eligible for with coverage?
  6. What is the cap in the amount of money expended per year

What are your fees?

I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation.

My fee is $225 for a 50-minute session.

I accept cash, checks, credit cards and Zelle.

What is your cancellation policy?

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note that insurance providers will not reimburse for missed or cancelled sessions.
